Consultation Requirement: Before your first treatment, we’ll have a health and lifestyle consultation to ensure the chosen holistic therapy is suitable for you and tailored to your needs.

Non-Medical Treatment Disclaimer: The treatments I provide are complementary therapies designed to support your well-being. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Confidentiality: Your privacy is very important to me. All personal information shared during consultations and treatments will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely, in full compliance with data protection laws.

Client Responsibility: To help ensure your treatment is safe and effective, it’s essential that you let me know about any medical conditions, medications, or changes in your health before each session.

Punctuality: I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so you can enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to ensure fairness for the next client, and the full session fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy: Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations or missed appointments with less notice, a charge of up to 50–100% of the session fee may apply.

Appointment Times: Your session is reserved especially for you and will begin and end at the agreed time. Arriving promptly helps us make the most of your time and ensures you receive the best experience possible!

Children and Minors: Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their session.

Parking: If you’re driving, feel free to park on the driveway.

Payment Methods: Payment is due at the time of your session and can be made via cash or electronic payment. When purchasing gift vouchers, prepayment will be required.

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available and make a wonderful present for those who also love to recieve the benefits of holistic therapies. Please note they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used before their expiration date.

Contraindications: Holistic therapies may not be suitable for certain conditions, such as contagious illnesses, blood clots, or undiagnosed pain. That's why it is important to share any health issues with me before your treatment. For safety reasons, I may need to decline or postpone treatment if it isn’t suitable for your circumstances. I may also require your GP/Consultants approval to proceed beforehand.

Therapist's Right to Refuse Treatment: I am committed to providing a safe and professional environment. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if it’s unsuitable due to health concerns, if inappropriate behaviour occurs, or if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Aftercare Advice: To help you get the most from your treatment, I’ll provide some aftercare suggestions, such as staying hydrated, avoiding stimulants like caffeine or alcohol, and allowing yourself time to rest as needed. These will be tailored for you.

No Guarantee of Results: Holistic therapies are designed to support relaxation and balance, but everyone responds differently. Whilst I’ll do everything I can to help you feel your best, specific results can’t be guaranteed.
