A little bit about me, Kerry

I first discovered holistic therapy as a client. After more than 25 years in high-pressure marketing roles, menopause hit, and my stress levels soared. Holistic therapies became my sanctuary, helping me find balance, recharge, and feel like myself again when I needed it most.

Experiencing the incredible benefits of holistic therapies in my own life, I felt inspired to share them with others. With my husband’s support, I qualified as an ITEC Level 3 holistic practitioner in Reflexology with distinction, alongside ITEC Level 3 in Indian Head Massage. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and skills with further qualifications in holistic therapies.

Enhancing my skills and knowledge, two of my additional qualifications are in reflexology for menopause, and oncology reflexology, inspired by my own experiences and a desire to support others.
